DIRECT IMAGE LINKING TO GALLERY INVENTORY

Each Meredith Art product that is in your inventory is tagged on our web site and linked to your gallery’s “home page” on our web site.  For example, if you have “High Back :10” in your inventory, a link to your gallery will appear on the “High Back : 10” web page.  Click the picture below to see a sample page showing how this gallery link is applied to the web page in our on-line galleries.  The sample page will open in a new window — be sure to maximize it — then just close it when you are done.

SISTER IMAGE LINKING TO GALLERY INVENTORY

Also, the web pages of “sister” images to the one in your inventory will also be tagged and linked to your gallery home page.  For example, if you have “High Back :10,” ( the high contrast grayscale version of the picture,) in your inventory, then a link to your gallery will ALSO appear on the “High Back : 7” web page which has the sister cyan shaded version of the image.  Click the picture below to see a sample page showing how this type gallery link is applied to the web page in our on-line galleries.  The sample page will open in a new window — be sure to maximize it — then just close it when you are done.

Most of the Meredith images are produced in multiple versions including color, black and white, special color treatments, various aspect ratios, etc.  In some cases, there are as many as 18 versions of the “same” picture.  By adding any of these to your inventory, you will be linked to ALL the images’ web pages — in some cases 18 links.  We feel that even if a client prefers the “cyan version,” once they see the “grayscale version” in your inventory, they may well opt for it.  And if they still prefer the cyan — we’ll have that version at your door usually the next day, subject to the vagaries of overnight shipping services.  Artist framing adds a couple of extra days production time while the various framing components outgas and stabilize.  Our frames are hand crafted and never produced in a commercial “chop shop.”

YOUR GALLERY'S HOME PAGE ON OUR WEB SITE

Your Gallery will be featured in a “Home Page,” (actually multiple linked pages,) that includes not only your Meredith inventory but all the details and features of your gallery.  We’ll create and maintain this page from the information you choose to supply us.  E-mail updates will be posted in a few hours.  Click the Smith and Jones sample logo below to see a sample gallery home page.  The sample page will open in a new window — be sure to maximize it — then just close it when you are done.

PROMINENT TOP LEVEL EXPOSURE

All of our fine art dealers will have prominent display in our Fine Art Dealer Network Directory on the top level Table on Contents page.  This directory links to your gallery’s home pages and also links to a cross reference by picture, related sister pictures, and by geographic area.

All exhibitions of Meredith Art Works will be prominently listed in our top level Fine Art Dealer Network Exhibition Calendar, (and Meredith will be screaming it from the rooftops!) Similarly, prior exhibitions will be maintained with enduring links to Meredith Art Work images and to the galleries hosting the exhibitions.

MEREDITH FANS NEWSLETTER

All gallery events relating to Meredith Art products will be prominently featured in the Meredith Newsletter and all of her fans will be encouraged to stop by your gallery.  (In other words, Meredith will again be screaming it from the rooftops!  She does love self-promotion!)

MEREDITH FINEART DEALER NEWSLETTER

This newsletter is private to our dealers and has network operational updates, previews of upcoming Meredith products, including new picture releases, as well as exciting information about the progress on the new Meredith Bronze, Meredith Crystal, and Meredith Cast Acrylic programs.  It will also preview other marketing efforts such as for her music recordings with suggestions as to how you can “grab a ride on the skirt tails.”

COMPETITIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Our commission structure and direct sales prices are based on industry standards.  Please contact us for individual item pricing.

DEALER PRICING DATABASE

We will maintain a password secured Retail Pricing and Sales Database with access for all network galleries to track the current trends in pricing of Meredith Art Works™.  This database is also used for setting our own web site pricing.  We believe that most art sales will be through the dealer network as the on-line pictures do not have the impact that an “up close and personal” look does on the wall of a gallery.  Our pricing goal is to establish uniform pricing on each particular item both in the network of galleries and on the web.  We view our on-line art sales mostly as a means for servicing customers in remote areas outside convenient gallery driving distances.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING

In most cases, we can ship items to your gallery for next day delivery subject to the time the order is placed and freight shipment cut off times.  Items with artist’s framing require a couple of extra days.  Because our “inventory” is all stored as digital files on our servers, we send them to the photo processing equipment on demand.  We do need a little time to pack for shipping, etc., but usually can make the next day delivery.  We will confirm all orders and provide an estimated shipment arrival time.  Once delivery is made to the freight company, we will provide you with their estimated shipment arrival time as well as tracking numbers.

CATALOG SALES

Because of the digital nature of our inventory and resulting fast turnaround time, catalog sales through your gallery are a natural extension of your physical inventory.  As stated above, in most cases we can overnight items to you.

COOPERATIVE ENDEAVOR

Our goal is to foster a cooperative environment between the gallery network and Meredith.  We will seek and rely heavily upon each gallery’s expertise regarding their clientele and corresponding pricing.  We also highly regard your ideas and suggestions.  Because of the digital nature of Meredith Art Works, the pictures, unlike photographs, can be re-shot time and again.  We also welcome ideas for future Meredith Art Works and can produce virtually anything that can be imagined.

MARKETING SYNERGY — THE “MEREDITH” MYSTIQUE

Meredith and her products will be marketed in a wide variety of venues and via a number of different means and media.  Each exposure increases her “digital celebrity” status and also provides her with another opportunity to remind her fans of her various products.  Thus, her audio CD’s will include a suggestion to stop by the nearest Meredith Fine Art Dealer to check out the pictures.  As a 2008 “Presidential” candidate, she’ll always manage to work in a few words regarding her art work in her interviews.  We are also negotiating with a number of concerns regarding significant national and international media exposure.

SUMMARY
